"There’s a mineral note to the nose, followed by the sweetness of cake frosting and a little butterscotch, toasted cashews and peanut butter. The palate is creamy and oak laden with vanilla sweetness, coconut lactones and reminiscent of crème brûleé. Moving on to the finish there’s a nice hazelnut flavour.
