"Like a sunny day at the boat yard with polished and waxed wood, then blackberry and strawberry sweetness, combined with creaminess and waxed jackets. The palate is still proving to be rather waxy, with sherry notes and spice cutting through. There’s creamy panna cotta dessert, covered in dark berry compote.
