"A old cask note emerges on the nose together with sweet raisins, strawberries, dried cherries and a hint of a Chelsea Bun. There’s some sweetness on the palate with notes of cooked apples with custard, and cinnamon buns followed by rum and raisin toffee. Overall, this is old school musty and dusty!
