"This whisky offers a symphony of light aromas: vanilla, lemon bonbons, and a hint of dustiness, complemented by notes of icing sugar and boiled sweets. There is a pear drop sweetness and a slightly waxy texture that precedes a palate bursting with vanilla, custard cream, candied lime, and pineapple. Intricate notes of cardamom and herbs mingle with notes of baked apple, creating an elegant flavour profile."
