TASTING NOTE:
"The nose is perfumed, transitioning to a palate with icing sugar and cinnamon. Vanilla custard, Victoria sponge, and lemon cheesecake define the taste, complemented by candied ginger, pineapple, and creamy oak reminiscent of vanilla ice cream. Adding water reveals baked apple, bread crust, cereals, winter spices, and dried mango. Despite a boozy bitterness, tropical fruit and vanilla shine through, culminating in a tingly grist and lemon finish."
