The palate offers toasted nuts and a consistent meaty character with a butyric note and cinnamon spice, yet presents a flat taste and thin mouthfeel. Complexity is lacking; water tends to dull the flavours, although it slightly enhances fruitiness, especially dried fruits, and maintains a meaty essence."
