TASTING NOTE:
"The whisky presents a slightly musty oak aroma on the nose, accompanied by hints of baked pears and cinnamon. The palate reveals a strong wood influence, featuring toffee and fruitcake, which somewhat overpowers the profile, leading to a dry and tight finish. However, it remains enjoyable with notes of oxidised orchard fruit, honey, and a long, pleasing finish of lemon zest."
