TASTING NOTE:
"The whisky has a rich nose of porridge, oats, wood shavings, and stewed pear, complemented by a charred smokiness. On the palate, it is smooth and well-integrated, featuring vanilla sweetness and a light smokiness, with an oily mouthfeel and lasting finish. Initial musty barn aromas evolve in the glass into earthy moss notes. The profile has a honey sweetness to it to start that gradually grows more dry with flavours of spicy cereal reminiscent of a spiced autumnal flapjack."
