"Chinese pineapple moon buns – a hint of egg and a stack of sweet candied pineapple. Savoury grain and candied lemon build. The cake notes change with some time, becoming pure vanilla sponge. Loads of tropical fruit and sponge cake on the palate, with a touch of balancing citrus. Water takes away the building heat and reveals more fruit as well as polished oak."
