"Danish pastries and pain au raisins on the nose. Wood polish and sultanas develop. The palate leads with buttery tropical fruit – mango and pineapple in a buttery pastry case. Sharp polished oak notes build, with soft spice and apple pie. Hints of menthol appear on the finish. Water brings out brown-sugar sweetness and more sultanas."
