"Dry cinnamon, rooibos, and red currant on the nose , complemented by nutty and orchard fruit notes with a touch of golden syrup and charred fennel. The palate offers spices like cloves and nutmeg, alongside roasted coffee and honeyed amber, with a decent body and a short, solid finish. A ripe, bold profile with a woody grip and a soft fruity finish, well-balanced while hints of rose water and boozy raisins add complexity."
