"Honey and treacle toffee notes are joined by a medley of dried fruit, figs, prunes, and sweet meadow hay. This is complemented by a solid oak presence and hints of clove and nutmeg. Subtle hints of nail polish and a medicinal character give way to yellow stone fruit, pear, and lime zest with added complexity from a herbal, balsamic flavour. The finish is refreshing, honeyed, and gently spiced."
