TASTING NOTE:
"This is a really rich sweet treat, with toffee and sweet marzipan. Then comes the fresh wood varnish, rum soaked sultanas, fruit compote and a dusting of icing sugar over a Victoria sponge. On the palate things mellow out a little, with sweet honey and baked apples, before more toffee hits with chopped hazelnuts, leather and chewing tobacco. The finish is long and minty.
