"Dark treacle and warming cherry liqueur tantalise the palate, leading to a soft to medium finish. The nose presents a unique blend of copper and wet leather, surprisingly pleasant, with hints of Schweppes bitter lemon. Toasted coconut and subtle grassy notes add to the enjoyment, despite some unclean scents and a slightly sharp alcoholic bite. Intense grain and oak flavours dominate."
