TASTING NOTE:
"A light and sweet elegant malty aroma with notes of cereal, peach, and apricot and a subtle earthy peat smoke. The palate is a little hot and quite alcohol-forward, revealing the raw ingredients' flavors. There are bold, chocolatey, ashy notes too. Peaty, spicy, and warm but a thin finish with persistent alcohol warmth. The dominant peat smoke on the nose gives way to a sleek, sweet palate that blossoms with water, ideal for mizuwari or a highball."
